The Pfanner Matterhorn Chainsaw Boots have received a fantastic new design. The leather material around the boot is now secured not only with stitching but with rivets strategically placd to make the design look like the pattern of a chainsaw chain. A nice touch I think you will agree. Take a look at the new images to see this special pattern. The new design will also enable the durabilty of the boots to be extended so that Pfanner’s premium boots just got that little bit better.
The Matterhorn Chainsaw Boots incorporate the unique Vario Support System (VSS) in the heel area providing excellent support and shock absorption, especially when walking on steep terrain. When walking on even ground or driving a vehicle, the VSS insert in the heel can easily be removed. The shaft of the boot is made with a very comfortable leather that gives good ankle support and an extremely comfortable fit with superb cushioning.
Manufactured using the Hiest quality leather, the durability of this exceptional boot is further enhanced with the application of a ceramic coating to the upper surface area. The strengthened material provides protection against wear and abrasion.
The Vibram Teton sole provides maximum grip with excellent resistance to wear. This mountaineering sole provides excellent grip, with the narrow outer sole aiding effortless walking. Nano-active in-soles and shock absorbing mid soles make the Matterhorn extremely comfortable to wear throughout the whole working day.
The boot seams are double stitched and riveted at the most wear and scrub prone areas and an all round rubber rand edge gives added longevity to the upper part of the boot.
A Hi quality Gore-Tex membrane is also incorporated into the boot to provide waterproof and breathable qualities.
Roller eyelets make lacing up quick and easy.
