• How do I order?

  All orders can be made online via this website except for the Chainsaw Protection range which you can purchase from your local retailer. If you have any problems, please contact us using our contact form.

• Why can't I order Chainsaw Trousers and Boots from Pfanner UK?

  Pfanner UK is Imported and Distributed across the UK and Ireland to retailers. The Pfanner UK website has been set up as a place for people to buy products that retailers don’t regularly hold stock of. All retailers regularly have stock of the Pfanner Chainsaw Trousers and Boots.

• What is the difference between Type A and Type C?

  Type A Chainsaw Protection Trousers only have front protection which are suitable for ground work.

  Type C Chainsaw Protection Trousers are all round protection which are more suitable for climbing.

• When will I receive my order?

  We will try our best to process any orders received before 3.00 pm on the same day of the order.

  We use DPD as our courier and offer a Next Day service for most addresses in the UK.  For the Scottis Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland we provided a 2 Day service.  For the Republic of Ireland we offer a 2 Day service but have been advised that some delays can be expected due to import delays.

• How do I return my order?

  We are happy to accept returns of products that have not been used.  Please visit our returns page for more information.
